PARTICIPANT MINDSET
As much as we know that excellent facilitation is critical to the ROI of a workshop, we're also aware of the importance of participants coming to class as Explorers (wanting to learn), rather than Vacationers (hooray, I'm off work) or Hostages (you can't teach me anything).  To the extent possible, we work to try and ensure that participants are Explorers wanting to learn and use the information to enhance their job performance.
